MEMBERSHIP
We are now accepting Membership Applications to the Commodore Club. Member Initiation Fees the Commodore Club are currently $30,000 USD (includes non-refundable application fee of $500). The Initiation Fees will be paid in two installments over the course of construction of the project. Charter Members of the Commodore Club will be issued 50% equity memberships. There will be no monthly proposed minimums and annual dues are set at $2,500 USD.

There are two ways to apply. You can DOWNLOAD the PDF application (blue button below) or you can complete an ONLINE FORM (gray button below). Please note that Section III of the Membership Application requires a signature – if you’d like to e-sign, let us know, and we will email you directly.
Membership Application Fee & Membership Initiation Installment

Once you have completed your application, Membership Fees can be paid via credit card or check. Credit Card payments can be made online by clicking PURCHASE. There is a handling fee of approximately 3% for credit card purchases. Checks of $15,000 can be made payable to the Commodore Club and mailed to:
